Job Details
Position Summary:
Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the surgical billing including the development/administration of all policies for claims processing. Collaborates with physician offices on Insurance Authorizations, Business Office Manager and the Center Administrator.
Knowledge, experience, qualification and educational/or experience requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Healthcare background preferred. Six months of related experience and/or training a plus. Computer competency required.
Working Conditions: Working environment is representative of the essential functions of the job. Physical demands require employee to sit and answer the phone for extended periods of time. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Familiar with patient accounting software, especially AdvantX.
- Ability to read and understand insurance explanations of benefits and managed care contracts.
