Responsibilities
The Outpatient Center of Delray is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. This is a great opportunity to come work for our surgical Facility where we offer an ambulatory care alternative for surgical procedures.
The Endoscopy Tech assists endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures. They arrange and inventory sterile set-up for operation, and passes items as needed to the endoscopy team. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning the endoscopy room. The Endo Tech is responsible for the provision of care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Registered Nurse. Provides a centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment to the facility. The tech also stores prepared articles and supplies in designated areas. Maintains and tracks inventory according to facility procedures.
Required Skills:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous clinical experience in the O.R/endoscopy environment preferred
- Current certification in CPR.
