Overview
OR Tech PRNs are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Their role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment. OR Tech PRNs are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. Their ability to maintain a professional approach while providing nursing care is critical in ensuring positive patient outcomes while keeping patients and their families informed. Will work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op. OR Tech at West Coast Joint and Spine
We are seeking a skilled and motivated OR Tech to join our surgical team. The OR Tech plays a vital role in ensuring the operating room is prepared, sterile, and efficiently organized for surgical procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing excellent support to surgeons and the perioperative team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification as required by state and/or center
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred
- Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
- Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians

Salary range $30-38. Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
