This position is accountable for the receipt, stocking, distribution, and inventory of supplies and medical equipment, and processes all items for ship out.

Hourly Rate: $16.50

Hours: Varied 


Required Skills:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED. 
  • One year of experience in warehouse or distribution center, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Required Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to demonstrate clear oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
  • Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office and/or related software. 

Essential Functions

  • Conduct daily inventory checks while pulling stock for departments.
  • Coordinates the distribution/delivery of supplies with the Manager of Materials.
  • Count and maintain inventory in other departments.
  • Enter receipts into Meditech.
  • Is essential in the involvement of all aspects and functions of the department.
  • Receives, inspects, verifies, and accepts or rejects supplies and equipment delivered to the hospital.
  • Send out and track equipment for repairs and loaners.
  • Other duties as assigned.
