$10,000 Sign on Bonus for experienced PACU or ICU candidates. 10 hours shifts, overtime after 8 hours

The PACU RN is accountable for providing direct care to the patient immediately postoperatively until the patient is discharged from the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Participates in performance improvement activities. Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist continuously, and as needed, about patient conditions; receive direction for patient management. Intercedes to maintain optimum homeostasis.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current California Nursing License
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Minimum of 1 years experience in PACU or ICU
- Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and proficiency of hospital information technology applications.
