Gastro One is a leading gastroenterology practice dedicated to providing high-quality digestive health care in the Germantown, TN area. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Endo Tech to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Description:
As an Endo Tech at Gastro One, you will play a vital role in assisting with various endoscopic procedures, working alongside our team of medical professionals. This position is fast-paced and physically demandingdue to the high volume of scheduled procedures each day, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient preparation for endoscopic procedures.
- Set up and maintain endoscopy equipment.
- Provide support to the medical team during procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and procedure rooms.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Required Skills:
- Experience working in a GI or endoscopy clinical setting is ideal, but willing to train an individual with healthcare experience.
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
- General familiarity with medical terminology as it relates to anatomy and endoscopy procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team member and to communicate directly and professionally.
- Must be flexible, reliable, productive, patient-oriented, and self-motivated.
