Broward Specialty Surgical Center is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team.
Broward Specialty Surgical Center is a fast-paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.
The Registered Nurse provides nursing care to patients in compliance with, but not limited to, Standards of Practice as defined by ANA, AORN, ASPAN, and State Practice Act Standards, and organization protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care based on the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of the patient/caregiver
Maintains clinical knowledge and skills competencies to facilitate patient care in accordance with current standards.
Required Skills:
USPI complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. Required Experience:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- PALS certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Experience as an RN Operating Room circulator required.
- Ambulatory Surgical Operating room experience required 1 year minimum.
