Certified Surgical Tech PRN
Responsibilities
Gateway Surgery Center is an outpatient surgical center specifically designed to provide endoscopic procedures in a comfortable and professional environment. This facility provides patients expanded services and convenient scheduling. This is a fast paced environment that is driven to reach the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes.
Under general direction from the Center Manager and the supervision of the Surgeon, the Surgical Tech works to deliver safe and effective care during invasive and noninvasive procedures.
Required Skills:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited organization for Surgical Technologist and certified by the National Board of Surgical Technology.
- Current BLS
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with physicians and all medical professionals.
- Demonstrates knowledge of sterile processing.
- Previous healthcare experience in any capacity.
- Experience working in an ASC environment preferred
- Must be team-oriented and patient-focused
