Responsibilities

As the Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical operations, and compliance within our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily clinical operations, ensuring safe and efficient patient care in line with best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing and clinical staff, providing ongoing education and support.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize performance and maintain a patient-centered environment.
  • Handle patient and family concerns in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
  • Manage the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and assist in recruitment and training of new clinical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Required Skills:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical management experience, preferably in a surgery center or hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
