CNA Inpatient - PRN - Nights
Responsibilities
Arizona Spine and Joint Hospital is looking for a PRN CNA to join our night team!
Under the supervision of the registered nurse:
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
- Demonstrates the ability to provide clerical support and receptionist duties to enhance delivery of patient care.
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina and endurance. Other duties assigned.
Required Skills:
- Valid Arizona CNA/LNA license
- Must have BLS certification at hire
- Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
- Willingness to participate in goal-setting and educational activities for own professional advancement.
- Previous experience is preferred.
- Is aware of C.N.A. standards and performs in accordance with them.
- May have general access to medications; i.e. IV bags
Required Experience:
Requirements:
- Unencumbered CNA/LNA license
- Hospital experience preferred, but not required.
- BLS
