Responsibilities
Part-Time OR Registered Nurse
New Salem Surgery Center, a leading multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Murfreesboro, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a part-time position with the added benefit of no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the RN in the operating room during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience for patients.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room.
- Monitor and assess patients throughout the perioperative period.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care.
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Longevity in past roles demonstrating commitment and reliability.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
