Tresanti Surgery Center located in San Ramon, CA is looking for a GI Tech Full Time

Responsible to rendering professional care to patients undergoing GI procedures within the surgical center in accordance with established procedures. Functions cooperatively with physicians and staff, exhibiting teamwork characteristics. Prepares equipment and anticipates Physician and patient needs for GI procedures. Provides general maintenance of the clinical area and equipment. Oversees the GI procedures and maintains all aspects of the GI procedure area. Full job description provided at interview.

Assessing patients prior to procedure. Document intra-procedure notes. Assist physician on all GI procedures. Prepares and maintains equipment and supplies in the GI procedure area. Cleans and maintains equipment per Center policy. BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred. Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and verbal. Possess the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Must have minimum of 2 years GI room experience.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $24.50 / hour
Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
