Full Time Sterile Processing Technician (SPD)
Job Details
Under the direction of the Surgical Services Director, the Sterile Processing Technician will be responsible for the sterile processing and maintenance of surgical instruments. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced setting. This position requires the employee to take call and therefore must live within 30-minutes of the hospital.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Detail oriented
- Must have the ability to take call
- certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (SPD) preferred
- 2-5 years experience in a hospital setting preferred
