Full-Time PACU RN (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse) - No call, No weekends and No Holidays required!
Tullahoma Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center committed to delivering high-quality patient care in Tullahoma, Tennessee. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time PACU RN (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse) to join our dynamic healthcare team.
Position Overview: As a Full-Time PACU RN at Tullahoma Surgery Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients who have undergone surgical procedures. You will work alongside a skilled team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess post-operative patients in the PACU, providing high-quality nursing care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a sterile and organized environment.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery.

Required Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of PACU or critical care nursing experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
