As a Clinical Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.
Clinical Manager at West Chester Surgical Suites
Under the supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Manager is responsible remedying operational issues related to coordination of patient care, development of employees, utilization of resources, and performance improvement thereby achieving an environment of excellence in clinical quality, safety and service by supporting the center’s mission, vision and facility goals.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Currently licensed in the state.
- CPR required
- Advanced life support certification required
- One year experience required intra-operative setting.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
- Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
