Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. Candidates with a history of job-hopping will not be considered. This full-time position offers a stable work schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call duties.

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Patient Care Technician (PCT) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a surgical or acute care environment.
  • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
