Atherton, California Pacific Endoscopy, LLC (15002)Atherton Endoscopy Center is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to join our team. We are a fast-paced ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment, committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families.
The clinical director is responsible for overseeing and developing the ambulatory surgical center’s clinical departments through key tasks such as hiring, evaluating, mentoring, scheduling, and supervision. We seek a professional with proven but flexible strategies to allow for continued growth for the business. A clinical director should be able to solve problems quickly and effectively using excellent critical thinking skills with emotional intelligence to deal with staff at all levels within the organization.

Pay Range $141,440 - $166,400 annual
Required Skills:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, required.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably GI/endoscopy or ASC.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (CMS, OSHA, accreditation standards).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage clinical operations and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare-related software.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, preferably in GI/endoscopy or ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).
- At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory surveys and compliance audits, including preparation and follow-up.
- Hands-on experience with quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and policy implementation.
- Proven track record of managing clinical teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
