We are seeking a PRN Insurance Verifier/Payment Poster to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for scheduled procedures

• Obtain pre-authorizations and ensure accurate documentation in patient records

• Posting payments

• Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and clinical staff

• Ensure all information is complete and accurate prior to the date of service

• Support front office operations as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous insurance verification experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required

• Payment posting experience

• Experience with commercial and public insurance plans (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency with computers and electronic health record systems

• Demonstrated longevity and reliability in past roles
