North Central Surgical Center is a highly successful, Baylor Scott & White affiliated hospital located in Dallas, TX.  We partner with the very best team members and medical staff in the area.  We are a surgical focused hospital that performs over 12,000 procedures per year. 

FACTS ABOUT NORTH CENTRAL: Opened in 2005, 14 Operating Rooms and 30 Medical/Surgical Patient Rooms.  We are conveniently Located at Walnut Hill & 75 in the prestigious NorthPark area Specialties include: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Urology, GI/Endoscopy, Plastic, Podiatry and Bariatric surgeries. Managed by United Surgical Partners International Joint Commission Accredited.

Under the direction of the Director of Quality and Risk Management, the Clinical Project Data Analyst assists in collecting, analyzing, and submitting to regulatory and commercial entities. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and assisting with regulatory compliance, ensuring quality care standards are met across the hospital.

Core Measure Reporting: Oversees the hospital's Core Measure data abstraction and reporting to the Patient Care Committee (PCC), ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Data Analysis: Collects and analyzes data from a variety of metrics, such as departmental audits, performance improvement initiatives, and QAPI (Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement) auditing, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Joint Commission Compliance: Collects, analyzes, and submits with the preparation of reports for The Joint Commission (TJC) and ensures compliance with TJC standards and other regulatory requirements.

Educational Support: Creates and delivers educational presentations related to QAPI, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives to address identified learning needs.

Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with standards from regulatory agencies, including TJC, CMS, and state health departments.

Special Projects: Assists the Director of Quality and Risk Management, and supports special projects assigned by the CFO, CNO, and CEO.

Continuous Improvement: Supports hospital-wide quality and performance improvement goals through collaboration and project management.


Required Skills:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field required.

Specific Job Experience

Minimum of two years of progressive clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Regulatory expertise in the areas around supporting program design and sustainability.
