Manager, Application Product Management (Onsite based in Dallas, TX)
Dallas, TexasThe Manager, Application Prod Management will manage a team responsible for providing technical support of the company’s payroll, HR, and workforce systems ensuring proper maintenance and availability. This should include monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, upgrading, and documenting all systems. Experience supporting tier one payroll, timekeeping, compensation, benefits, and learning management tools is required.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Drive solutions by leading the creation of business requirements, solution development, coordinating testing, preparing documentation, executing training, and providing ongoing technical support of Payroll, HR, and Workforce applications.
- Operate the current solutions by establishing and managing goals/objectives with business partners. Conduct regular governance meetings, manage priorities, communicate budget impacts.
- Collaborate with business partners and IT leadership to develop a comprehensive roadmap for the enhancement, consolidation, and/or replacement of applications within portfolio
- Vendor and billing management.
- Provide support for development efforts including new center openings, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Five+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central Suite.
- Five+ years supervisory experience
- Proficiency with supported business applications including Kronos WFC 8.1.6, InTouch terminals, and ADP Enterprise administration for a multilocation organization.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to document complex technical concepts and communicate both verbally and in writing to a wide audience including business owners, vendors, and IT resources.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage shifting priorities.
- Understanding of the processes that cross IT services such as capacity planning, change management, problem resolution, and project management.
- Ability to lead a team of application analysts.
- Technical aptitude or ability to quickly learn new systems & processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare industry a plus.
- Experience with Service Now ticketing system a plus.
