RCM Market Performance Director (Hybrid/Remote; Limited Travel Required)
Dallas, Texas, RemoteThe RCM Market Performance Director will partner with operations and revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership for a designated market to develop and execute projects that improve and sustain RCM performance.
Compensation
- Pay: $108,784 - $173,680 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
