The Sr. Systems Engineer role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced IT systems, applications, and infrastructure that support business operations. The position emphasizes system performance, security, availability, and continuous improvement. Engineers provide advanced technical support, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors, contribute to project delivery, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, database management, and cloud technologies
• Experience with IT system monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
