Job duties:
- Coordinates recruitment efforts for assigned facilities and/or service line vacancies to attract qualified candidates to fill openings within an appropriate timeframe.
- Maintains Applicant Tracking System and postings to ensure SEO and JD attract qualified applicants
- Mines Candidates through Applicant Tracking System
- Sources passive candidates through LinkedIn and Indeed
- Monitor and provide list of vacant positions and applicant status to Hiring and HR Leaders weekly
- Maintains ongoing communication with Regional Vice Presidents of Operations and Market Presidents to ensure accuracy of open positions. Works with hiring managers to develop site specific recruitment and workforce planning solutions. Consults with hiring managers to ensure that fairness in hiring is accomplished through management practices and final selection decisions.
- Develops strategy to include media recommendations, niche sites and conferences to develop pipeline
- Reviews and screens applications including internal transfers for min qualifications, salary discovery and cultural fit
- Calculates salary, presents and negotiates offers
- Initiate candidate onboarding tasks to ensure seamless transfer to HR and Recruitment Coordinator.
- Closes job requisition in compliance with departmental policy, informing unsuccessful candidates of their status.
- Partner with HR meetings in order to identify obstacles, process improvements and promote positive communication within the team
- Lead in advertising & marketing for the market
- Lead for job fair/events calendar for the market
- Networks and develops relationships to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated openings to ensure appropriate staffing with timely turnaround. Works with Department personnel to identify sources of candidates, including schools, professional associations, job boards, job aggregators, print media, licensing authorities, community organizations etc. Plans and develops recruitment methodologies, using the latest in techniques and media.

Skills Required
- Strong communication skills necessary to establish good working relationships with Regional Vice Presidents of Operations and Market Presidents as well as recruitment sources and convey a favorable image of the Market and Tenet as well as discussing sensitive employment and legal issues with all levels of employees and candidates.
- Excellent phone interviewing skills and ability to evaluate candidates that will be a cultural fit and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations and jobs, the job market, advertising media. Creative thinking in sourcing candidates is necessary to plan and execute effective recruitment campaigns.
- Computer skills required for using variety of data bases and technology.
- Analytical and grammatical skills are necessary to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience required.
- Executive level recruitment experience highly preferred
- Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
- Strong internet recruiting skills
- Client Management Skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
- Multi-tasked oriented
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate computer software capabilities
Compensation
- Pay: $60,000-$100,000 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
- Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
