USPI Financial Services Manager (Onsite/Hybrid based in Dallas, TX)
Dallas, TexasThe Financial Services Manager supports the directors of risk management and treasury. Responsibilities include compilation of underwriting information, supporting coverage placement, and assisting with claims administration. In addition, the role will support the set-up and administration of bank accounts and associated cash management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with compiling third-party risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends.
- Maintaining schedules of insured entities and their underlying exposure information.
- Assist with the reporting of insured events and assisting local business units with insurance recovery.
- Assist with the set-up and administration of bank accounts.
- Support the cash management program to include wires and other cash transfers
- Maintain daily and weekly cash receipt reports
- Assist with integration of new acquisitions
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred.
- At least three years of risk management, insurance, cash management or treasury experience is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting a healthcare risk management department, brokerage clients, or corporate treasury functions.
- Experience with healthcare risks and insurance policies.
- Experience with risk management information systems.
- Experience with cash management applications and banking systems.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical and critical thinking skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain schedules and prepare reports.
