USPI Manager, DRE and M&A Analytics / Corporate Development (Onsite based in Dallas, TX)
Dallas, TexasThe USPI Development team is looking for a detail oriented, organized self-starter who can lead and support the development process. This individual will work closely with the VP, DRE, as well as the Development Leads and Senior Management to meet the goals of the department and organization.
Job Responsibilities and Major Duties:
- Prepare and present financial analysis, projections and valuations of potential acquisition, de novo, relocation, expansion targets, including strategic and operational analysis
- Lead the due diligence process for acquisition targets, including creation of detailed work plans and coordination of key milestones
- Lead Project Construction budget management and budget reporting to Surgery Center Boards monthly and quarterly.
- Develop relationships with and provide critical support to Development and Operations
- Analyze actual results compared to budget for projects post-close, including variance analysis and key measures
- Prepare other ad hoc analyses in order to evaluate growth opportunities and support key corporate initiatives
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from top-tier university and strong record of academic success
- 5+ years' experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or M&A/corporate development
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Very strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Well-developed multi-tasking and project management capabilities with efficient time management skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently
