This position reports to the Manager, Ops Finance and has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Work with operational leadership to understand significant variances to company plan as well as future performance
- Build communication channels with corporate and facility accounting, reporting, growth and strategy, and operations to understand issues and deliver solutions, resulting in streamlined processes
- Support the preparation of executive, board, and investor presentations
- Support the annual business planning and budgeting process
- Provide analysis and reporting of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual financial results
- Manage monthly financial executive memo schedules and review package
- Participate in regional and market financial reviews
- Automate and enhance current planning and reporting processes
- Complete ad hoc projects and analysis as needed
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' experience in finance or related functions, balanced between financial analysis, general accounting, and budgeting/forecasting responsibilities.
- Commitment to the highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
- Advanced proficiency using MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word is mandatory.
- Effective communication skills with all levels in the organization, with strong verbal, written and executive level presentation skills.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning a plus.
- Ability to think independently and work through complex tasks.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn.
- Quick learner with the capacity to work within tight deadlines.
- Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
