The Tax Compliance Manager will be responsible for the management of federal, state, and local income tax matters including all compliance, tax planning and research, responding to federal and state correspondence and business support on income/franchise tax matters. The position will assist with tax audits, and assist with data manipulation in Excel, Oracle, and OneSource. Provision experience is also desirable to assist on providing the USPI provision to Tenet. The position will report to the USPI Senior Director of Tax in Dallas and is heavily focused on partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate and partnership income tax compliance. Provision experience is also preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to use technology (primarily Microsoft Office 365) to collect and organize data to provide the information needed.
• Ability to communicate with physician partners and outside vendors.
