Web & Marketing Specialist (Hybrid based in Dallas, TX)
Dallas, TexasWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web & Marketing Specialist to support Tenet’s expansive digital footprint. As part of a collaborative and fast-paced web team, this position will provide front-end development and content updates across all business units. You will work within content management systems to manage website content and collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure each facility has the tools and support they need.
The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for local facility teams and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure that every facility has timely, accurate, and compliant web content that supports their operational and marketing goals. This role involves a mix of technical and customer service responsibilities, including the publishing of web content, site maintenance, fielding content requests, and providing guidance on digital best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Websites:
- Support in the management of all websites including but not limited to market websites, UPSI, and corporate websites
- Help coordinate the launch of new facility websites in partnership with marketing, development, and IT teams
- Collaborate with local facility teams, corporate marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure each website is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards, accessibility, and legal requirements
- Assist with website audits to identify broken links, outdated content, and performance issues
- Help test and QA new features or site enhancements before deployment
- Confirm, recommend, and execute SEO best practices
- Support integrations between technical platforms, to ensure high quality and efficiency
Administration & Marketing
- Assist with various marketing activities and project management
- Partner with local facilities to support all marketing material needs and requests. Work collaboratively with marketing cross functional teams to complete all marketing requests.
- Compile competitive marketing assets, including web content, and make recommendations to more effectively drive marketing messaging and tactics.
- Document processes and maintain internal guides
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred (in digital marketing or related field). High school diploma/GED is required.
- 1- 2 years of experience in web administration, content management, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with CMS (experience preferred but not required; training available)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic understanding of Adobe creative tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across all areas and levels of the company
