USPI’s Central Delaware Endoscopy is currently hiring for a regular full-time Clinical Manager, LPN for our ASC. The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the clinical team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care delivery. This role provides direct supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and support staff, while collaborating closely with Registered Nurses and Physicians. The Clinical Manager does not supervise Registered Nurses, but serves as a key liaison to ensure compliance with clinical standards, workflow efficiency, and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support LPNs, MAs, CNAs, and other clinical support staff.
  • Oversee daily staffing assignments, schedules, and workload distribution.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment readiness, and accurate documentation.
  • Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with orientation and training of new staff members.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
  • Support infection control protocols, chart audits, and quality improvement activities.
  • Participate in policy and procedure updates as directed by leadership.
  • You will coordinate MEC (Med Executive Committee) and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement meetings along with Facility Administrator. Should be able to conduct both meetings in the absence of Administrator.
  • You will oversee all employee credentialing and ensure the clinical staff is up-to-date on all necessary licensing . Administrator will oversee all Allied Health Professional’s credentialing.
  • Work closely with RN leadership, physicians, and administrators to optimize patient care.
  • Serve as a resource for clinical staff in resolving day-to-day workflow or patient care concerns.
  • Facilitate team meetings and relay updates from leadership to staff.

Required Skills:
  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in healthcare (ambulatory, long-term care, or specialty setting preferred).
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical workflows.
