Registration Representative | Baylor Surgicare at Oakmont:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year customer service experience, previous medical office or hospital experience preferred
• BLS certification 
• Good communication and people skills.
• Excellent telephone skills - ability to screen incoming calls, adequately respond to telephone inquiries
• Ability to utilize Electronic Heath Care Record system for documentation to patients account/record
