Fresno, California Summit Surgical (13481)Summit Surgical is seeking a motivated full-time Medical Assistant- Pre-Op/PACU to join our team!
Position Responsibilities:
- Understands the Mission Statement of Summit Surgical Center and carries out that Mission
- Demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility as job priorities change.
- Demonstrates a positive can do attitude
- Work is accurate and complete
- Demonstrates knowledge and follows AORN standards
- Functions as a team member
- Adheres to dress code, attendance ,punctuality, meal break and rest periods
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Attends required department and ASC meetings.
Hourly Range: $24 to $26 per hour
Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience
Required Skills:
Qualifications
- - BLS
- - Critical thinking skills.
- - Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients and families.
- Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures specific to the operating room.
- High School Diploma
