Radiologic Technologist at Baylor Scott & White Sports Surgery Center at The Star:
The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, for various specialties within the surgery center. Ensure the accuracy and quality of imaging results. Collaborate with the surgical team to meet patient needs during procedures. Maintain compliance with safety and radiation protection protocols.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
- State Department of Health License if required by the state
- BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team
