Endo Tech FTs are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Endo Tech FTs are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. As an Endo Tech at Gastro One, you will play a vital role in assisting with various endoscopic procedures, working alongside our team of medical professionals. This position is fast-paced and physically demandingdue to the high volume of scheduled procedures each day, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient preparation for endoscopic procedures.
  • Set up and maintain endoscopy equipment.
  • Provide support to the medical team during procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and procedure rooms.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working in a GI or endoscopy clinical setting is ideal, but willing to train an individual with healthcare experience.
  • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
  • General familiarity with medical terminology as it relates to anatomy and endoscopy procedures.
  • Demonstrates ability to work as a team member and to communicate directly and professionally.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, productive, patient-oriented, and self-motivated.
