Position Summary
Gastro One is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our fast‑paced endoscopy team. This is a full‑time position ideal for individuals who thrive in a high‑energy healthcare setting and take pride in supporting excellent patient outcomes.
As an Endo Tech, you will play a critical role in the preparation, support, and turnover of endoscopic procedures while working closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff. This role is physically active and requires adaptability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail due to the high daily procedure volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and procedure rooms for endoscopic procedures
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot endoscopy equipment and supplies
- Assist physicians and nursing staff during endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the procedural process
- Perform proper cleaning, high‑level disinfection, and sterilization of endoscopes and equipment
- Ensure procedure rooms are cleaned, stocked, and ready for efficient turnover
- Adhere to infection control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the care team to support smooth patient flow and quality outcomes
Candidate Experience
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinical environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Dependable, team‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Willing to learn and follow established endoscopy and sterilization protocols
- Prior endoscopy, sterile processing, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required (training may be provided)
- Longevity in past roles

Schedule
- Primarily weekday hours
- Occasional Saturdays required
