We’re seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business operations across three high-performing ambulatory surgery centers in Germantown, TN, and Southaven, MS. Reporting directly to the Administrator, this is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and is ready to make a lasting difference in both patient care and team performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead a high-performing, customer-service-focused business office team, including:
Surgery scheduling
Patient admissions and registration
Insurance verification
Financial counseling
You'll be at the helm of key financial and operational functions, including:
End-to-end revenue cycle management
Monthly financial close
Payroll oversight for ~200 employees
Accounts payable/receivable
Compliance with industry standards and internal policies
Hiring, training, and performance management
Leading process improvement initiatives with autonomy and purpose
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
5+ years of business office management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong background in payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial operations
Familiarity with Advantx or similar automated accounting systems
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Experience working with a broad range of third-party payers
A collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for service excellence
