Registered Nurse PACU FTs are an integral part of the surgical team, providing essential nursing care to patients during surgical cases. Their role requires a high level of accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced surgical environment. Registered Nurse PACU FTs are responsible for ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care during surgery. Their ability to maintain a professional approach while providing nursing care is critical in ensuring positive patient outcomes while keeping patients and their families informed. Will work directly with surgeons, medical/surgical staff and post-acute caregivers to create comprehensive patient care from pre- to post-op. Position: Full-Time PACU RN
Location: Gastro One - 1310, 1310 Wolf Park Dr. Germantown, Tennessee 38138
Schedule: Some Saturdays Required

Job Description:
- Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to patients undergoing procedures at Gastro One - 1310.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize advanced IV skills to administer medications and fluids as necessary.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in post-anesthesia care is ideal, but willing to train new nurses with a strong work ethic.
- Advanced IV skills is ideal and proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long-term commitment and progression in past positions.
