Henderson, Nevada Horizon Ridge Surgery Center (10104)At Horizon Ridge Surgery Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing Gastroenterology procedures in a high-quality, service-oriented environment.
We are looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) GI Procedures- Full Time who is a team player to our GI department.
What You Will Do (Job Summary):
Responsible to plan, execute, and evaluate the nursing care given to patients in the Endoscopy nursing role. Provides patient care within the prevailing state standards of practice and according to the policies of the facility. Communicates appropriate information to other team members. Helps maintain equipment, supplies, and general cleanliness of the unit. May have additional responsibilities designated by the manager, which may include, but are not limited to, providing patient care in other Peri-operative departments, serving on committees, participating in quality improvement projects.
- Monday-Friday work schedule with some Saturdays
- NO call required
- NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Required Skills:
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
Active RN license in Nevada
BLS and ACLS Required
2 years of experience in GI/Endoscopy Procedures
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
