  4. Payment Posting: Accurately record and post payments received from patients, maintaining precise financial records.

  5. Medical Records: Assist in organizing and maintaining medical records, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in a medical business office setting is preferred.
  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications for scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate and confidential records.
  • Ability to adapt and float between various positions within the business office.
