Hawaii Endoscopy Center, located in Honolulu, HI, is looking for a full-time Charge Nurse to join our amazing and patient oriented team.

About the Opportunity

The ASC Charge Nurse, serving as the nursing support for the Center Manager, will be the main point of contact for RNs at the ASC regarding patient care, scheduling, and other day-to-day responsibilities. They also perform the duties of a Registered Nurse daily and provide supervision and guidance to the nursing staff, stepping in as a staff nurse when necessary due to staffing needs.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour.


Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique: Proficiency in maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Working with anesthetized patients: Expertise in handling patients under anesthesia, ensuring safety and care.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Essential certifications for responding to medical emergencies in clinical settings.
  • Active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of Hawaii.

Required Experience:
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a perioperative setting or procedure healthcare: Relevant work history in environments that require surgical procedures and patient care.
  • Endoscopy experience strongly preferred: Specialized experience working with endoscopic procedures, which enhances the applicant’s suitability for the role.
