We’re currently seeking a dedicated full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in the Night Shift Post Surgical Unit. If you’re a compassionate caregiver who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and enjoys helping patients feel at ease before and after surgery, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort needs
  • Take and record vital signs, report changes in patient status to nursing staff
  • Provide support to RNs and other clinical team members during the surgical care process
  • Prepare patient rooms, stock supplies, and help maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Transport patients safely to and from surgical, recovery, and discharge areas
  • Offer reassurance and emotional support to patients and families throughout their stay

Required Skills:
  • Compassionate and patient-focused care approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail with accurate observation and reporting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Required Experience:
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas required
  • BLS certification required
  • Previous experience in a hospital, surgical center, or post-acute care setting preferred
  • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
