• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Prepare and present financial reports to hospital leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hospital assets.
• Assist in financial audits, cost analysis, and contract negotiations.
