We are currently seeking a compassionate and team-focused Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation services team. This role plays a key part in helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their highest level of independence following surgery or injury, while ensuring care is delivered in alignment with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education to promote mobility and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive strategies
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Support a safe and positive rehabilitation environment that fosters patient engagement
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements

- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation best practices
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to assess and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress
- Team collaboration skills across interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care
Required Experience:
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license (required)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (required)
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical physical therapy experience (preferred)
- Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation or acute care (preferred)
- Current BLS certification (required)
