Position Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Full-Time OR Scrub Tech to join our operating room team. This role is essential in supporting surgeons and ensuring each procedure runs safely and smoothly. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical skills, attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow
• Verify all instruments and supplies are sterile, complete, and properly arranged
• Assist the circulating nurse with sponge, needle, and instrument counts
• Gown and glove surgeons and assistants while maintaining aseptic technique
• Assist with instrument cleaning, decontamination, and processing after procedures
• Maintain accurate physician preference cards and correctly label pathology specimens
• Follow infection control practices and adhere to patient safety protocols
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members, physicians, and patients
