The 87,500-square-foot facility includes 15 private inpatient beds, 12-bed observation unit, 18 pre-operative beds, 24 PACU beds, 11 operating room suites, 2 procedure rooms, 1 Cath lab suites. The hospital also includes a four-story medical office tower with physician offices and clinical support services, such as physical and occupational therapy. Additionally, Houston Physicians’ Hospital offers full radiology services, including state-of-the-art advanced imaging equipment (MRI & CT) and a team of board-certified radiologists and 14 physical therapy locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CFO directs the finance and accounting functions and is integral and vital to the success of the organization. The ideal CFO candidate must possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. The CFO must have an in-depth understanding of regulatory and accounting standards and principles and uphold the integrity of financial and compliance reporting. The CFO must demonstrate skills and leadership in management, financial operations, hospital operations, fiscal affairs, strategic financial planning, internal controls and compliance.
The CFO must have the ability to analyze and interpret statistics and other data to meet the high standards of the hospital. This position will oversee various hospital departments in support of the hospital’s mission, vision, and values. The CFO will identify cost-effective systems needed to support the organization taking into account business trends and resource availability. The CFO will work collaboratively with other managers in meeting facility goals.
