Position Overview: As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) at our state-of-the-art facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures across various specialties. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of surgeries while upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of surgical instruments for a range of procedures.
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations, providing essential support.
  • Maintain a sterile field and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures.
  • Assist in postoperative care, including dressing application and patient cleaning.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the efficient turnover of operating rooms.

Required Skills:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
  • Ortho experience required
  • BLS Certification.
  • Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in a multispecialty setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and aseptic techniques.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
