Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OR Manager to join our team. The OR Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our operating rooms, ensuring efficient workflow, high standards of patient care, and a positive working environment for our surgical team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the operating rooms, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to surgical services.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and experiences.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor OR staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Participate in budgeting, inventory management, and equipment maintenance activities.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning within the OR team.

Required Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- CNOR certification (preferred).
- Must have OR experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in perioperative services, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in surgical services.
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
