Responsibilities
At TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center, we believe health and care are inseparable.
Our mission is to care for every patient and their family as if they were our own. Each patient, each family, each and every time. Our facility is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. Our facility consists of:
- 3 ORs
- 2 Treatment Rooms
- Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Spine, Urology.
TLC Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center is now seeking a Per Diem X-Ray Tech.
Job Summary:
The Radiology Technologist will perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment. Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room and pain management procedures. Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff.
Required Skills:
- Must possess independent decision making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients and families.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
- AART Registered and CPR Current.
- Must have a current Florida state license (MRT)
- One-year experience required (3+ years preferred).
- Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations

Required Skills:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of previous management experience preferred.
- AART Registered and CPR Current.
- Knowledgeable of local, state, federal and Joint Commission Regulations.
- Must possess independent decision making skills.
