We are looking for a Patient Services Representative at the Colorado Urologic Surgery Center located in Park Meadows, CO.
Patient Services Representativesare responsible for patient admissions, chart preparation and scheduling appointments. This is a fast paced environment and multitasking skills are essential. Customer service focus is a valued attribute. Must be able to work independently in a busy medical office and be able to navigate situations as well as problem solve.

·Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with patients, vendors and other employees
·Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
·Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day
·Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset patients
·Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all patients, such as being personable and attentive
·Multitasking and the ability to switch between tasks with ease
·Past experience in a Medical office preferred
·Will train with right attitude
Pay: $18-$22
