Endoscopy Registered Nurse at Midwest Physicians Surgery Center
Under the direction of the physician and/or Registered Nurse, the Endoscopy Technician assists the physician with GI endoscopy procedures. The employee is assigned duties related to preparation for, assisting with, and room turnaround activities for procedures, as well as patient care and unit maintenance as delegated by licenses personnel. The Endoscopy Technician will adhere to the philosophy of the surgery center, standards of practice, and regulation of governing agencies.
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- One year experience as an endoscopy tech
- Current Certification in CPR
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Current RN unrestricted VA license
