Responsibilities
- Graduate from a Surgical Tech First Assist program
- CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
- One year of experience required in an intra-operative setting.
- Two years of perioperative services experience preferred.
- Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items is required
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
- Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
